Return Policies

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem. We offer store credit or exchange for items returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, unwashed, unworn and with the original packaging. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items in other than new condition will be sent back to the customer. Please email us at info@go-babygo.com if you have any questions or problems with your order. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since go-babygo.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges and return policies are subject to change without notice.

Payments

We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for purposes of providing these services.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc.
